Planning and Zoning Board

The City of Mills Planning and Zoning Board is comprised of five unpaid residents that serve as board members. The members are appointed by the City Council and serve at the Council’s pleasure. Their primary purpose is to serve as advisors to the City Council on matters of planning and zoning.
